Auto Stem Cell
Auto Stem Cell Kit
Effective Stem Cell Therapy for use in Regenerative Medicine
Stem cells have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types in the body during early life and growth. In addition, in many tissues with the support of growth factors, they serve as an internal repair system by dividing, essentially without limit, in order to replenish other cells. When a stem cell divides each new cell has the potential, either to remain a stem cell, or become another type of cell with a more specialised function, such as a cartilage cell, a bone cell or a tissue cell.
Given their unique regenerative abilities, stem cells offer new potential for treating painful symptoms, in the musculoskeletal area of the body.
Much clinical research work is underway continually, to further enhance the use of these cells for cell-based therapies to treat disease.
This is creating a brand new genre of regenerative, reparative medicine being pioneered today.
Growth Factor Stimulation Using Bone Marrow
- Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) Promotes proliferation of epithelial cells
- Transforming Growth Factor – ß (TGF-ß) Anti-inflammatory, and promotes normal wound healing and reduced scar formation
- Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) Promotes cellular proliferation & important for collagen matrix formation
- Platelet Derived Growth Factor A & ß (PDGF A & ß) Promotes cell proliferation in connective tissue & enhances soft tissue healing
The Foundation of Autologous Stem Cell Technology
PATIENT: The stem cell procedure is fully autologous which means that the kit harvests regenerative cells from a patients own body, making it safe. This reduces any likelihood of rejection during treatment. The surgeon will go through the procedure step- by-step, to give the patient peace of mind in using this advance biotechnology.
SURGEON: The kit allows you to develop and work in tandem with their innovative surgical procedures, by providing a concentration of stem cells and growth factors which are efficiently harnessed from bone marrow in the iliac crest. This is all carried out at the patient’s point of care, giving the surgeon the flexibility to make the right decision for their patient.
HOSPITAL: There is a growing demand for biological treatments at hospitals as clinical evidence suggests cellular concentration positively affects the clinical outcome of grafting procedures. Our experts provide full service and training for surgical staff and answer any regulatory questions to make sure the patient’s welfare is always the priority.
The ASC Kit uses different components of proprietary technology to best extract nucleated cell concentrate from bone marrow.
Pharmed have taken great care to bring the most innovative technology that is clinically safe and proven to be used in this line of treatments.
The kit allows the surgeon to harness the regenerative properties of stem cells using a simple and safe procedure pack. This can be applied to your innovative surgical techniques without the complications of licensing issues for the hospital.
The ASC kit has been specially formulated with the most innovative products, which have been clinically proven to concentrate nucleated stem cells.
The unique procedure pack contains all items required to extract regenerative cells safely, which are then used to enhance different types of surgical procedures.
Auto PRP Kit
What is PRP?
Platelet Rich Plasma, that is, plasma containing highly concentrated platelets. PRP therapy uses patient’s own growth factors released from platelets.
PRP treatment is a fundamental way of inducing a prompt and vigorous natural curing by seperating the growth factors from your own blood and injecting its concentration into the damaged tissues.
The patient is free from any infection, side effects or rejection reaction because their own blood is used.

What is PRP?
Located within the plasma of our blood are platelets which contain powerful growth factors. These growth factors are responsible for the healthy construction of bone and soft tissue within the body and in the skin. The natural ageing of skin is due to an imbalance between the rate of destruction and renewal of cells and collagen, a process which accelerates with age.
PRP Therapy utilises a patients own PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) which means that the body is fully receptive to the treatment as it recognises and welcomes its own family of cells. This makes PRP Therapy a safe and effective alternative to other more invasive cosmetic procedures. Due to the natural source of the plasma, the risk of patient rejection or allergic reactions is minimised.
Who is PRP for?
PRP treatment is highly recommended for patients who prefer a more natural approach to anti-ageing and are opposed to other forms of cosmetic enhancement procedures. PRP treatment is safe and natural, and is highly effective not only in improving appearance of fine line and wrinkles, but also for rejuvenating sun damaged, dull and lack lustre skin.
A Simple Process
To begin with, a blood sample is extracted from the patient and immediately placed into a centrifuge.
The centrifuge spins and separates the red blood cells from a substance called plasma which is rich in platelets. The rich platelets are extracted from the base of the plasma gel. These platelets are then injected into the deep dermis or fat layer of the skin. Platelets gradually increase collagen which will in turn increase skin thickness and overall health and appearance of the skin. The procedure lasts approximately 45 minutes.
- External Eye area including fine lines and dark circles
- Cheeks and Mid Face
- Back of Hands
PRP Therapy is also effective in the treatment of stretch marks and hypertrophic scars
Post procedure there will be a noticeable improvement in brightness and vigour to the skin and freshness can be expected quite soon after. However, collagen and elastin are structural components of the skin and must be re-built. This process can take a minimum of 3 months. Once new collagen has been deposited the results are long lasting. While great results are achieved in one treatment it must be noted that more than one treatment will be necessary if the skin is more mature and more deeply lined.
As the PRP technique relies on the regeneration of collagen, lasting results will depend on the care and maintenance of the skin which can be discussed with patients on an individual recommendation basis. In some cases, post treatment effects can include erythema and oedema (redness and swelling), slight pain and in some cases slight bruising in the treatment area. These side effects usually subside within a few hours to a few days.
